My name is Karen Rowe. I have been a practising counsellor and psychotherapist in London for nearly 20 years. I provide counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential environment. Therapy that is designed designed to meet your individual needs.
I work with individuals and couples and groups, adults and adolescents on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, to help toward a greater self awareness and understanding of relationships with others.
The aim of counselling and psychotherapy is to realise our potential for recovery growth and lasting change. I offer a therapeutic relationship in which I listen support and challenge to enable you to find your own way to recovery to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

My practice is based in Regents Park NW1 and in East London E5 Stoke Newington, covering all of London, Central London, the City, the West End and Essex, and is well served by Tubes and Busses.
