I have been a a Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer and Consultant for nearly 20 years.

I have many professional accreditations and affiliations and memberships some of which are:
I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy;
I am a member of The United Kingdom Register of Counselling and Psychotherapy;
I am a member of The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy; I am a member of The Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists;
I am a member of The International Association for Forensic Psychotherapy.

I participate widely in public life through, for example, my former role as Chair of a national Mental Health Charity, WISH, Women In Secure Hospitals. I am Clinical Consultant to The West London Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am currently a Visiting Clinical Tutor at Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, Regents Park, London where I teach on the Masters programme and supervise clinical work for advanced psychotherapy candidates. I regularly present papers on matters of clinical interest at professional conferences. For example, on the difference between male and female patterns of violence and murder and another on Countertransference, and on Sexaulty and Narrative as a Social Construction.
